AGW Events

The AGW Events platform was a scalable event registration portal. As events were added to the system, custom websites with restricted access could be published almost immedately. Site administrators utilized backend utilities for site maintenance and to generate reports about each event's registrants.

Background

This scalable event platform was powered by PHP and mySQL. It was fast to access and generated reports in real time. Admins could work within the online backend to process reports and adjust data or they could download CSV files to work with spreadsheets locally.

Email marketing

An event lifecycle included email marketing aimed at notifying perspective event atterndees. I designed, produced, and scheduled marketing emails that kept the event schedules on time and attendees up to date about deadlines and important information.
